At Kidiano Store, we want you to be delighted with every purchase for your little ones 💖
1. Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original packaging with tags attached (if applicable)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need an exchange, please contact us with details and photos of the issue.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was sent
In these cases, Kidiano Store will cover the return shipping costs.
